Lesi Beamon Mackey – Practice Administrator
| esi Beamon Mackey joined Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg, Virginia, as their Practice Administrator in 2001. She was involved in the expansion of their facility, including the construction of a second operating room suite. She assisted the facility in achieving Class C, AAAASF accreditation in 2002. Lesi is responsible for all facets of practice operations, including practice development and marketing, strategic planning, financial, human resource and information technology management. |

As part of her professional development and educational requirements in obtaining a Master of Health Administration degree at the Medical College of Virginia, Lesi completed an administrative residency at MediCorp Health System. At the end of her residency in 1998, Lesi earned the Herman L. Mullins Award for outstanding management study. Lesi continued working with MediCorp Health System in Physician Recruitment and as their Director of Physician Services. She was responsible for two urgent care centers, two pediatric practices, a family practice and an infectious disease practice in the Fredericksburg area.
While attending graduate school, Lesi completed an internship on health care policy at the Virginia Hospital & Health Care Association in Richmond, Virginia. She earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in 1995.
Lesi is a member of the Plastic Surgery Administrative Association.
She was born in 1973 in Charlottesville, Virginia and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where she continues to reside with her husband and two pet poodles. Lesi's personal interests include travel, foreign languages, running, snow and water skiing, creating memories with her parents and sipping wine.
Dana Burgess – Patient Coordinator

Her responsibilities include scheduling patient surgeries, patient financing, patient counseling as well as assisting with marketing strategies. Dana enjoys helping patients achieve their goals, and working with such a diverse group of people.
She joined the practice in April 2000. Dana previously worked as the manager of accounts receivable at the largest multi physician / multi specialty group in the Fredericksburg area, then went on to become the director of information management for a physician management firm.
Dana was born and raised in the Fredericksburg area. Family life is extremely important to her. She is the mother of two adult children and grandmother to three grandsons. Dana's hobbies include reading and spending time with her extended family.
Margo Cabrero – Translator and Front Office
| aria Margarita Cabrero (Margo) was born October 31, 1960 in San Antonio Texas of Puerto Rican parents. Margo was a military dependent as a child and then a military spouse for a total of 39 years, in military life. During those 39 years, Margo had the opportunity with her parents to be stationed in Hawaii, Germany, Italy, Texas and Virginia. With her husband, José, they were stationed in Panama, Puerto Rico, Alabama, Texas and Virginia. Margo, her husband, and their two children Maria Cristina and Carmen Teresa moved to Fredericksburg when José retired from active duty in 1999. Over the years Margo has gained experience as a Receptionist, Dental Office Manager, Executive Director of a medical society and Operations Manager for a Real Estate Company. |
Margo joined Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg in October 2008. Her position at Plastic Surgery Services is administrative which includes receptionist, scheduling appointments, managing medical records and Spanish translator.
Margo's favorite past time is reading. During the summer of 2009, Margo found herself very busy with the planning of her oldest daughter's wedding, Maria Cristina, who got married in July of 2009. Margo and José consider themselves very fortunate to have a new "son" in the Cabrero Mendez family.
